09 Dec London’s new opening: 14 Hills
This week we got tasked with finding some of London’s newest and most exciting restaurant openings and came across the recently opened 14 Hills Restaurant based on the 14th floor of 120 Fenchurch Street. Here at SevenEvents we are always trying to keep in the know when it comes to new openings or up and coming trends… so we love it when we can share our finds!
Part of the D&D restaurant family and situated on the 14th floor of 120 Fenchurch Street, 14 Hills is composed of a glamorous restaurant as well as a lively bar with unparalleled views of London. The plant-themed all-day restaurant opens from breakfast through until dinner, with a modern British menu, including Saturday brunches, Sunday roasts and a fast-serve deli counter. The executive chef is Thomas Piat, whose past gigs have included Bar Boulud at the Mandarin Oriental.
The restaurant, which opened not long ago on the 11th November 2019, isn’t just a dining destination though, thanks to the bar which puts cocktails on the table. The extensive selection will include classics, signature serves and modern interpretations of old favourites, many of which will be crafted from in-house ingredients, while wine enthusiasts can choose from a list of interesting wines curated by the on-hand sommeliers.
