27 Oct A Fortnum & Mason Morning
Surprisingly, I’ve never been to Fortnum & Mason, so it was a real treat to be invited along to the Ritz-Carlton networking event which took place on Thursday morning at the wonderful F&M.
The event itself was great, I got to meet lots of lovely people who worked for the fabulous Ritz-Carlton hotel group. On arrival, I felt like I was stepping back in time – The iconic venue, in London, is very traditional and oozes glamour. I was welcomed by a doorman who was wearing top hat and tails, this really set the tone for the rest of the morning.
As I reached the fourth floor tea salon, there was a very warm welcome and lots of friendly faces ready to greet me. It was a very helpful and interesting networking event. I was able to talk to several people about the different Ritz-Carlton hotels around the world. I had the opportunity to sit down with the representatives of Barcelona, Lisbon, Bali, Dubai and Istanbul, just to name a few, and find out more about their fabulous hotels and locations.
Each hotel has so much to offer and they’re all based in such fantastic locations. I guess the real choice is…. Which one to choose?
