its all about alfresco dining this autumn if we want to meet up with another household, and as going for dinner is one of my favourite activities, these few below are some of my favourites; as it is getting colder, heating is a must!
- ugly dumpling
combining western seasonal ingredients with asian home recipes, ugly dumpling serves up some amazing food, and importantly has a small terrace just off carnaby street, covered with big umbrellas and outdoor heaters. you can specify booking outside in advance too.
- vinegar yard
this quirky outdoor garden boasts views of london’s stunning skyline and big range of street food options such as baba g’s, nanny bill’s, and sugo & nik’s kitchen. to keep us warm this year, they have installed several heaters, a canopy cover, and a tonne of fairy lights to set the mood.
- boundary rooftop
if dinner with a view is what you’re looking for, this is the place to go. east london’s skyline is a tough view to beat and you can gaze into the sunset over an amazing meal. their heated outdoor terrace is a glamorous setting and this walk ins only.
- laundry
this brixton bistro and wine bar gets its name from its former use, serving as a commercial steam press laundry from 1904. now it has a south facing terrace with plenty of tables, for walk ins only.
