Amazonico comes to London! It is a roaring success in Madrid and it’s time for London to get a piece of the action. Amazonico opened on the 9th of November in the heart of Mayfair. The Madrid restaurant is known for pulling in the celebrities, and the aesthetic and Mayfair location virtually guarantee that London’s version will be doing the same.
Upon entering you will find yourself in a space imitating the amazon forest. The 13.000sq ft restaurant will have guests dining and drinking among lush foliage and hanging ferns with a few glints of gold scattered throughout. Khaki toned lampshades swing above each table, and green and rust velvet chairs adorn the floor.
The menu is to die for and offers a global mix of dishes taking influence from Asia to South America to the Mediterranean. This can all be washed down with some stunning tropical mouth-watering cocktails.
Amazonico is no doubt going to be known for its jazz music. After dinner, you can head to The Jungle Jazz club where you can hear anything from Blues to Jerez.
