The secret toits success is the yearly changing cocktail menu devised by Kratena and his mixologist partner Simone Caporale and their buoyant enthusiasm to constantly innovate and conjure up remarkable cocktail experiences.
Always keen to test for ourselves, we enjoyed an evening sampling a few of the signature cocktails from the most popular ‘Camouflage’- Tanqueray No. Ten, Americano, carrot, Kombucha, scented with sandalwood and served in a golden pineapple, to the more obscure ‘Weekender Lover’ – Caña Brava, Aquavit, citrus, red bell pepper, complete with a cedarwood scented inflatable pillow and a sneaky shot of rum for the morning after.
Artisan comes highly recommended by the Seven Events team… Glamorous David Collins décor and sophisticated but fabulously fun cocktails… what more could you ask for?
