The best ways to spend New Year’s Eve in London

With January and 2020 creeping up, it’s time to plan your New Year’s Eve to remember.  London is one of the most fantastic cities in the world to welcome in the New Year and with a wide array of choices available to you, you are really not going to be short of things to do! A few of our favourite things to do are below and these may give you some ideas of what you can get up to:

Find a rooftop bar

Start the New Year off in style, by spending the countdown at a chic, exclusive rooftop bar.  There is plenty to choose from, but some of our favourites are the gorgeous Radio Rooftop at ME London, Sushi Samba and Ace Hotel in Shoreditch.  These are all fabulous places to see off 2019 and provide a warm, glamorous night with delicious food and drinks.  You will be sure to celebrate New Year’s Eve in style if you spend the night at one of these venues.

Watch the fireworks

Layer up, grab some food and drinks and watch the London fireworks. You can either do this through purchasing a ticket or find a cosy spot to watch them on such as Primrose Hill, Hampstead Heath or Hilly Fields.  It is a wholesome and quintessential way to experience NYE in London and you will be sure to see some spectacular fireworks!

Wine and dine

Treat yourself to some of the best food London has to offer by trying out one of it’s top restaurants and have a celebration to remember.  Some of our suggestions are Sketch, Aqua on Regent Street, or the Ham Yard – which all serve delicious food in a buzzing atmosphere!
