04 Sep brilliant food concept!
i know we say it time and time again that we love our food here at SevenEvents, so that means that when we discover a new restaurant or concept then we’re super excited – and we are!
granted, a tasting menu is nothing new however when the concept changes every six weeks, and the chefs are clever, and the price is unbelievably reasonable then “hooray!”
i almost don’t want to tell you about it to stop you all from rushing and booking a table meaning that i won’t be able to book one myself!
i’m talking about six by nico. having not long opened in london (there around other restaurants dotted around the uk which I’ll let you discover), this is a unique concept with a six course tasting menu, changing every six weeks, each one themed upon a different place or memory.
currently the theme is cooking ‘the chippie’ – giving you their take on chips and cheese, scampi, steak pie, fish supper, smoked sausage and the deep fried mars bar. and you can see by the fabulous photos how yummy the food looks!

i challenge you not to get excited about this costing £35 per person for the tasting menu… what is there not to like? go on, rediscover your inner child!
