Bulgari Hotel

This week the Bulgari Hotel very generously invited the whole team to the hotel for a show around, drinks and dinner. Located only a short walk from our office, we wandered through Hyde Park to the hotel.

On arrival we were shown around the hotel to see what it has to offer! Starting with the Ballroom, which occupies one entire floor. The beautiful ballroom can seat up to 140 guests for an event. You are drawn to the impressive silver chandeliers which were gifted by the Bulgari Brothers. They are considered to be the most impressive pair of silverware made this century!

The cinema has 47 luxury seats which all come with a pull-out table and power sockets. It features the most advance cinema quality HD sound and vision which makes it perfect for presentations, conferences or entertaining movie nights!

The hotel itself has 85 beautiful rooms and suites suited to high-end business travellers who need some rest bite from the hustle and bustle of city life. The décor is consistent throughout and pays homage to bulgari’s silversmith past.

Following the show round, we went to sit down for a delicious 3 course dinner. Sette is located on the ground floor and is the sister restaurant to Scarpetta’s in New York.  The cuisine is Italian and boasts that it always uses excellent seasonal and local ingredients. We started by sharing a range of starters from Truffle Mushroom Polenta to Sashimi. We then went on to choose our own main course, with the group all choosing either Steak, Black Cod or their signature dish Spaghetti with tomato and Basil. If that wasn’t enough food, we then had a range of deserts brought out for us to try. The team all raved about the food and the wine! After dinner we went down to the bar Nolita Social to have a couple of cocktails to finish off the evening!
