26 Nov business events to resume
it’s been a challenging time for the events industry, but we do believe there is light at the end of the tunnel. this week boris johnson announced that business events for up to 1000 people indoors can take place from the 2nd december. we really welcome this news as do a lot of our clients!
there are a few restrictions, and it will depend on which tier the venue falls in;
in tier 1 areas, venues will be limited to either 50 per cent capacity or 4,000 people outdoorsand1,000 indoors, whichever is lower.
in tier 2 areas, venues will be limited to either 50 per cent capacity or 2,000 people outdoors and 1,000 indoors, whichever is lower. all events will be subject to social distancing.
if the venue is in tier 3 then unfortunately no events will be allowed.
all venues will need to follow mia’s government approved guidelines to help keep all attendees safe.
