11 Apr Easter Weekend!
Easter Weekend!
It’s a “cracking” weekend to be in London, with 4 days off we’re hopeful of sunshine so that we can attend some of these exciting events going on.
1. Good Friday Bottomless Brunch
With bottomless brunch taking London by storm, what better excuse than three days to recover?! Jar Kitchen in Covent Garden are putting on an extra special brunch with Easter themed dishes from Hot Cross Bun Pancakes to Bugs Bunny Carrot Cake, one not to miss out on!
2. Lindt Gold Bunny Hunt at Hampton Court Palace
If visiting this Palace isn’t reason enough to explore the grounds of Hampton Court, perhaps a garden of hidden Lindt gold bunnies might be!
3. Archer Street’s Mad Hatter cocktail party
Follow the white rabbit into Archer Street, where this Soho Bar’s Mad Hatter Cocktail Party bring all singing and all dancing staff serving a uniquely curated Easter Cocktail Menu, including a signature Alice in Archer Street and a Queen of Hearts.
4. Chocolate Market
Duke of York Square in Chelsea is hosting a chocolate market this Saturday, bringing together London’s finest chocolatiers in celebration of Easter. For everyone who’s given up chocolate for Easter over lent, this will be a reward like no other!
5. All day party at Pop-Brixton
Starting at 10am, magicians, street performers, face painters and craft stalls will take over the entirety of Pop Brixton, debuting the space’s newly refurbished tropical foliage and sun decking outside area. Later on in the day, into the evening, Midnight Riot Records will take the stage to DJ until the early hours!
6. Heddon Street Kitchen
Heddon Street Kitchen has launched an indulgent new cocktail for Easter, playfully named ‘Who Melted Roger Rabbit’. The sweet, creamy libation blends Oakheart spiced rum, almond milk, Frangelico liqueur, chocolate bitters and a dash of lime juice. With these few ideas and lots more, instead of going away, we’re staying in London this weekend and taking full advantage of everything going on!
