10 Dec What to put in an event tool box
An event tool kit is an absolute necessity when setting up for an event, no matter how big or small it is. When you are on-site for an event, you never know what might happen, despite the endless planning that goes into the big day. In order to avoid any risk here whatever you do, make sure you pack up your toolkit before setting off…. we don’t want any manicures being broken as someone forgot to bring the scissors! To create a full toolkit, here are some of the things we think are essentials.
Firstly, make sure you get a large, sturdy box to actually put everything in. Invest in something of quality here as these things can really last the test of time when purchased well. We think these are 15 of the essentials to put inside the box:
- Scissors
- First aid kit
- Safety pins
- Tapes (duct, clear, masking etc.)
- Pens, highlighters & sharpies
- Glue (sticks, super glue)
- Labels
- Sun cream
- Chargers, batteries
- Bags (carrier, bin & sandwich)
- Blue and white tac
- Cable ties
- Lighters
- Screwdriver with changeable sizes
- Measuring tape
The list is pretty extensive and remembering everything can be a bit of a challenge, so if you would like the full list please contact a member of our events team and we will happily send you over the detailed list. Believe us when we say there will definitely be a time when you will need each item!
