the boot inn is a stunning rustic yet contemporary, 3 aa rosette, michelin listed restaurant in lichfield. this is the first restaurant for chef liam dillon who features in the bbc’s great british menu and hails from lichfield. the menu includes refined, modern dishes with a 4 and 6 course dinner menu available with wine parings, featuring some bottles from liam’s father’s vineyard in france. if this wasn’t enough they also offer a chefs table seating four to six people to allow them to experience the buzz of the kitchen, and an incredible tasting menu prepared and served by liam and the team with a few surprises along the way – what better way to spend a special occasion.

this contemporary british restaurant is situated above tom’s father’s jewellery shop; a fine dining experience in a space boasting a beautiful apex style ceiling and open kitchen, which is the perfect setting for any occasion. the restaurant’s aim is to feel relaxed yet refined where you can appreciate flavour led, produce driven menus inspired by the seasons and surroundings with subtle influences from japan and east asia. the 28 cover dining room serves a tasting menu, a 3 course lunch menu and a traditional 3 course sunday lunch menu. the kitchen table is located directly in the kitchen, which is available for up to 4 guests who will get to enjoy a unique hands on experience watching the chefs create and serve their dishes. in addition there are plans for a terrace, opening in 2022
this 2 aa rosette, michelin listed restaurant has been open since 2018 and is a family-run, modern restaurant that is proud to serve quality produce with bold flavours since set over 3 floors larder prides itself on offering a classic, cosy and ingredient-led dining experience in what was once a photographic studio that was transformed to what it is today in just 10 weeks. from their tasting menu to their sunday lunch menu, larder blends traditional dishes with modern techniques, using local produce and seasonal ingredients to enhance the flavours. larder bar is also stocked with some of the most exclusive and unique wines on the market.
