20 Nov Get Cultural in a Cinema
It’s become very popular over the past couple of years to aim to bring theatre to the masses with many productions having live screenings of their shows. Whether it be musicals such as the 10th Anniversary show of ‘Billy Elliot’ or the Kenneth Branagh’s ‘The Winters Tale’ which is coming up later this month, it’s proving a fantastic way of getting people interested in the theatre without paying West End prices.
Normally these are just in cinemas, however it’s great to see that event venues are also getting in on the act, and leading the cultural way is The May Fair hotel.
They are showing a live screening from the Royal Opera House of The Nutcracker on the 16th December.
A most beautiful ballet, always popular in the lead up to Christmas, this is a fantastic way of perhaps trying something new whilst sampling the delights of this fabulous hotel.
For £49 per person this includes entrance to the screening, a programme, glass of Prosecco and a delicious 2 course meal in May Fair kitchen with tea or coffee afterwards.
We think this is a Christmas Delight and can’t wait to book our tickets, so check out this link and do something different in December.
