getting together in 2022

getting together in 2022

we may still be dealing with covid at the start of this new year, which we all of course hoped wouldn’t be the case, but that doesn’t mean that there’s a reason to put your events on hold.

at sevenevents we understand that a lot of our clients, and us included, are often working from home but the need to bond as a team and a company is still just as important, if not more so, than pre covid times.

take a look at our top tips to ensure you can still hold events and get teams together despite the challenging circumstances.

meet in smaller groups – whilst you or your clients or teams may not feel quite ready to hold bigger events, meeting in smaller groups is a great way to get back into socialising. we find our clients are having smaller meetings in bigger spaces to allow for more ventilation and space.

get outside and bond – weather may not always be on our side in the winter, but you can still have fun outside, even if it’s a little chilly. organising team activities outside is a fun way to interact and we have many options to keep warm and get everyone used to work together in person again.

safety first – if you’re like some of our clients who are keen to hold larger events and kick off the year with a conference, we will help you to make sure that everything is done safely. working with venues to ensure cleanliness, along with covid safe procedures, is at the forefront and encouraging testing and covid passes all helps your attendees feel comfortable to attend.
