Gridiron has come to Mayfair; a live-fire grilling eatery… Led by Richard H Turner, (the executive chef of Hawksmoor and Director of Pitt-Cue), which if anything, tells us it’s definitely going against the vegan trend and is likely to be meat-heavy!

Located in the COMO hotel, in the old met bar, there is now an open kitchen with a bar top separating guests from the custom-made gridiron.

There is a pretty short menu with a lot of attention being paid to each dish – with mainly steaks, chops and half a dozen starters, and if you do want to be meat-free, you can choose the roast turbot or artichoke as well as a few more things on the menu which will all be cooked on the gridiron and definitely won’t disappoint.
