So after an amazing hot pot experience in Beijing the hunt for the London version began and the Happy Lamb was found.
Recently opened this restaurant was opened by the company behind Mongolia-based Little Sheep Hot Pot.
For those who are a new to the hot-pot concept it is quite simple. Diners choose from a range of meat, fish, vegetables and noodles to cook in a shared pot of broth that bubbles away on the table. Staff are on hand to provide advice on cooking times and the best combinations to make a flavorsome meal.
