Allegra – London
A high-rise restaurant at the Manhattan Loft Gardens in Stratford, from Patrick Powell, a former head chef of Chiltern Firehouse. Overlooking London’s Olympic Park, it features a mega dining room and will have its own seventh-floor sky garden!

Dan Cox who was a former chef at Fera has spent the last couple of years building an organic restaurant and brewery on a farm in St Mellion Cornwall. The ingredients creating the menu has been grown and reared on the farm from sheep’s to honey!

Alain Ducasse lost the tender on the restaurant on the 2nd level of one of the most iconic landmarks in the world – the Eifel Tower. Swooping in is Frederic Anton is known for having 3 Michelin stars for Le Pré Catelan to refurbish and open Le Jules Verne. Discover refined and indulgent haute cuisine featuring mixed dishes such as tasting boards that bring flavours, colours, and textures together around a single, magnificent product. Frédéric Anton has quoted “I want to create memories that delight the taste buds. I want them to dream about our culinary heritage.”
