20 Apr lets go outside
now that we are allowed to socialise more outside, there is a greater demand to get out and see people.
we all want to see blue skies and sunshine (although currently the thermals are still needed) but there are places with outside tables popping up all over london now that alfresco dining is being encouraged.
that being said, there are some great new places to watch out for in the coming months. here are our insider tips for the new ‘outside’ places to go;
the rooftop
having only just opened last week this is definitely one of the new kids on the block. set up high in leicester square, above the famous hippodrome, this is somewhere you’re sure to want to check out. open 7 days a week with drinks being served till 2 am if you’re happy to brave the cold!
sabine
opening next month this is going to be a new gem for the city-based at the top of the Leonardo royal hotel. you’ll feel like you’re in touching distance of st pauls cathedral so it’s definitely going to draw people in for the view, as well as the delicious cocktails we’ve seen by taking a sneaky peak at the menu.
the cheese barge
wine and cheese are always a winner and the latest offering from mathew carver is no different. set to open towards the end of next month you’ll need to head to paddington to taste the delights on offer.
