29 Jan Let’s talk about Summer
Yes, there was snow on the ground this week, but that doesn’t mean it’s too early to start thinking about your Summer Party Venue!
Set against a backdrop of the city skyline, Skylight is London’s most imaginative rooftop destination. Summer sees Skylight transform into an urban lawn club in the sky. Croquet and pétanque will be back along with two of London’s best food traders will offer exciting menus with options for everyone. Combining exceptional hospitality with stunning views as well as lawn games fun to get the atmosphere buzzing.
120 Fenchurch Street
There’s still little information on the new D&D restaurant, which is set to open in Summer 2019 but we do know it will operate on the floor below a public sky garden and will boast stunning views of the capital including the River Thames, Tower Bridge, Tower of London and The Shard.
City Summer House
Located on the world-famous Brick Lane, the City Summer House is an ideal corporate Summer party venue and offers a truly unique Summer party experience for your event. Steeped in history and with a fantastic location. The Old Truman Brewery was founded in 1666 and is one of the world’s largest breweries still featuring exposed brick work and an industrial chimney.
No Summer Party list would be complete without The Brewery. This year the venue’s courtyard will be transformed into a fantastic traditional garden in the heart of the city.
Complete with raised clear roof (to let the sunshine in and keep any showers out!) the two marquees will be fully planted and luxuriously furnished, transforming it into an idyllic summer oasis for city dwellers.
The Brewery makes the perfect London summer party venue, as it’s close to Liverpool Street, Moorgate and Barbican stations, and it’s served by at least ten bus routes. Parking is not available at the venue, but there is an NCP car park at The Barbican.
