17 Nov m&it agency challenge
last week a couple members of the team took part in the m&it agency challenge. usually hosted live, this event had been switched over to the virtual world. although we couldn’t see all our industry friends in person it was great to catch up virtually and have some fun!
prior to the event we got sent a box containing our team bib and all the ingredients to make a cocktail for the cocktail hour. the first day consisted of getting to know your team and competing in two challenges. name that tune and who wants to be a millionaire. both were great fun and it got very competitive! the rest of the morning was spent networking and reading suppliers presentations.
the second day started with a great webinar on goodie bags followed by 1-1 meetings with suppliers. it was lovely to get a refresher on all the great destinations and venues out there and we really cannot wait until live events and travel can resume. to round up a great two days we all took part in the virtual cocktail hour where we were shown how to make a great espresso martini. the event ended with the announcement of the winning team (unfortunately it wasn’t either of us!)
