we know that it’s been a difficult 2 years for so many people and so many businesses, but we’ve seen hotels and hospitality really hit hard – which is why it’s so exciting to take a look in london and see that there’s a lot of positivity happening in terms of new hotel openings this year, with more to come in the coming months.
now that everyone is ‘getting back out there’ we think there’s no better time to try something new. so, take a look at just a few new openings in our fabulous city and think about your next event!
the londoner – this is one hotel with an amazing location, slap bang in the middle of leicester square and cost over £300 million to build. this is a definite ‘lifestyle’ hotel and sees itself as the world’s first ‘super boutique hotel’. 16 stories high, with 350 rooms, a rooftop bar, private club and gastro tavern – this really is an exciting property!
pan pacific london – this is the first european hotel from the pan pacific hotels group and it’s a stunning property in the heart of the city in liverpool street. since opening in september it’s been the talk of the town and with nine event spaces as well as 237 rooms and 160 private residences it is a great addition to the city. as for the infinity pool – well you’ll just have to check that out for yourself!
the carlton tower jumeirah – now this isn’t a new opening but it’s newly refurbished and is looking great after the £100 million renovation – the hotel’s biggest ever. situated in knightsbridge for those looking for a special west end property, this is definitely one to put back on your list.
top of our list is the long awaited westin london city. this is the uk’s first westin and is due to open before the year is out. close to st paul’s cathedral, this is going to be the new place to be with 222 rooms, a signature restaurant and wine bar with amazing views and a spa that the westin is known for worldwide.
