Pop-ups Aren’t Just for Summer!

Pop-ups Aren’t Just for Summer!

Loved all the crazy Pop-Up street feast events this summer? Fear not, this is not a trend disappearing for winter. These quirky one-off blink-and-you’ll-miss-them food events and underground restaurant pop-ups are donning their umbrellas and winter hats and braving the cold to bring you even more fantastic food. Here in the Seven Events office we LOVE good food, so we thought we’d put together three of our favourite Pop-Ups in London:

Burger Bear at The Old Nun’s Head (Saturdays from noon, Tuesdays 6-10pm)

You can find these bangin’ burgers with bacon jam in fashionable SE15 at The Old Nun’s Head pub (a stone’s throw from Peckham Rye). These burgers are market famous at the R3D market – throw that summer diet away and indulge with a big juicy burger.

Death by Burrito at Battersea’s Candlemaker pub (ongoing)

Expect the same big bites, tacos and eponymous ‘deadly’ burritos, as well as Sunday specials that will be sure to beat any Sunday roast!

The Bell & Brisket at The Duke’s Head, Highgate (every day from noon)

A well-known Kerb trader, The Bell & Brisket now serves its famous salt-beef sandwiches (#SaltBeefAristocracy) at The Duke’s Head in Highgate. The sarnies are the real deal: glistening slivers of pink meat stuffed into a Brick Lane bagel or black rye bun and topped with pickled goodness. Mouth wateringly good!
