There are two things that make One Canada Square’s Bottomless Brunch a favourite. Firstly, the choice: you can enjoy endless prosecco, wine, raspberry Bellinis or bloody Marys, as well as three courses. Secondly, the ecperimental food combinations, pairing eggs Benedict with soft-shell crab instead of bacon. In a word: perfection.

If you’re a fan of sushi and Veuve Clicquot, you can’t beat Aqua Kyoto’s Infinity Brunch, so-called because of the bottomless nature of both. You have three hours to devour expertly executed sushi rolls, delicious morsels hot off the grill and traditional Japanese mochi ice-cream, with seconds of anything your heart desires.

New Street Grill
For a very British brunch, head to New Street Grill, which serves up classic, hearty dishes; think kedgeree Scotch eggs, dripping fried bread, and smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on rye. What’s better, you can even read the weekend papers while you’re at it (not to mention enjoy bottomless bubbles).
