The Curtain Hotel is one of the most exciting opening of 2017 offering boutique luxury accommodation, members club and its famed restaurant Red Rooster brought to London from the Curtains New York Home and celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson.
When dining at the Red Rooster expect an American Southern Soul food with a contemporary twist of Northern European Cuisine. The menu offers delectable treats from the Red Roosters original menu such as fried yard bird, devilled eggs, and cornbread with honey butter – along with some new ones, created especially for London.
Alongside the food guests are etenterained by a selection of house bands which bring a vibrant atmosphere to the restaurant. One of the most inspired session is the Gospel Brunch which is performed by the Gospel House Choir who have performed all over the world with Annie Mac.
