A seafood enthusiast? Then you want to get yourself down to The London Seafood Festival, which is taking place at Battersea Power Station. For five days next week (from June 20th to June 24th) you can expect a host of seafood events taking place on the banks of the river Thames, under the tranquil view of one of London’s most beautiful pieces of architecture. There’ll be restaurant takeovers, seafood masterclasses, demonstrations from head chefs and whole lot of fun!

 

A few things you can look forward too…

Cinnamon Kitchen’s chef Vivek Singh will be hosting a masterclass. He will guide you through combining spices with seafood and preparing fish using various techniques such as curry, grilling and tandoor cooking.

Wright Brothers are hosting a huge Cajun-style crayfish feast! Richard Kirkwood , who has spent that last few months perfecting his New Orleans style crayfish will be serving up mountains of crayfish, spicy corn and potatoes.

 

Fiume will host a masterclass led by Italicus Global Brand Ambassabor, Luca Missaglia. During this class you will learn how to make three different styles of cocktails, all using Italicus. Throughout the evening, Chef Francesco Mazzei will be serving up a signature seafood specials.
