Summer highs have come early this week to the capital! Scorching temperatures have seen the cities outside bars and roof tops packed to the rafters with people eager to enjoy the beautiful sunshine. With the summer season ahead, here’s our favourite places to drinks alfresco:
Toms Terrace has become one of London’s favourite al fresco bars, with fantastic views across the Thames to the Southbank. Tom’s Kitchen Terrace is a perfect spot to relax, with an encyclopaedic list of cocktails and drinks, as well as light meals and bar snacks.
The Rooftop above the Trafalgar hotel is a space for sipping cocktails and drinking in the inimitable city view. Complete with alfresco and canopy-covered seating, the sky-high space lends itself as a year-round experience.
Franks Café located on the top of an old multi-story car park in Peckham is Franks cafe and bar. Great selection of drinks and the view is incredible. Perfect place to grab a drink in summertime London.
The Serpentine Bar and Kitchen is a great place to meet friends and soak up the sun in a green space. This gorgeous terrace in the centre of Hyde Park, is the perfect place to enjoy drinks looking over the beautiful lake.
