It is hard to imagine Summer right now with the weather being so miserable! However, it is only around the corner and it’s time to start planning your summer team building activities. Below are two of our favourite activities!
Soap Box Derby
Reminiscent of the famous red bull soap box, teams get their opportunity to satisfy their creative juices and “need for speed”, as they develop and construct a race-ready, self-propelled soapbox car, using the materials and tools provided. Teams will go through the following stages:
Design – must design their kart before starting on the build.
Build – have use of a whole host of recourses to create their unique Karts.
Test – get to test their karts in a series of qualifiers.
Race – go head to head to find a winner.
Extreme Ninja Assault Course
Inspired by the hit TV show ‘Ninja Warrior’, this fast-paced assault course will allow teams to compete against each other in a series of energetic challenges. It will push your team way beyond their comfort zone, encouraging teamwork, trust, and collaboration. While also finding out who’s got the drive, determination and the most will to win! Below are some of the challenges you can choose from:
Ninja Challenge Zone: This is a mini Ninja Assault Course just like the one on TV. A complex set of five obstacles testing upper body strength and balance. The obstacles include; quintuple steps, stepping steps, scramble net, hanging grips and tilting beam.
Travelator Zone: Just when you thought you had reached the end you have our Giant Travellator to climb up. Just like on The Gladiators, we have two travellators so you can race or be timed to see how long it takes to get to the top!
Drop Zone: This is a stunt bag made in Hollywood for use in the movies. We supply an 8m tall tower and the aim is for each team member to make the jump.
