This week the team were lucky enough to be hosted by the Lancaster London in there world renowned Thai Restaurant Nipa. Offering authentic and traditional cuisine, Nipa really is a hidden away corner of Thailand in the centre of London. The Head Chef, Sanguan Parr, has been working there for over 16 years and there is not much that she doesn’t know about the cuisine. Her menu includes classics from the Northern region of Thailand concentrating on authentic healthy dishes. Guests are encouraged to go for the set menu that is not only great value for money but also includes all the most popular dishes. It was a big thumbs up all around from the Seven Events team, we can’t wait to go back.
