There’s a New Kid on King’s Road…

Spin-off of and ‘little sister’ to the famous Ivy, The Ivy Chelsea Garden is the second opening under the Ivy Market Grill banner which first launched with an all-day restaurant in Covent Garden in December 2014. The King’s Road restaurant is made up of various areas, each with a distinctive character. These include a bar and bar lounge, café, restaurant, orangery, terrace and garden.

This SW3 newcomer offers something for any time of day, ranging from weekday breakfast and brunch at the weekends to an all-day menu supported by afternoon tea from 3-5pm. The British-led international menu includes the Garden Breakfast with grilled halloumi, avocado, poached hen’s eggs and kale, mains such as beer-battered haddock and chips or a brioche-crumbed chicken Milanese with black truffle – how brilliant does that sound?

Now don’t worry if you can’t grab one of its illusive tables it does reserve half of them for walk-ins, huzzur!
