Tom is coming to London!

 

Here at SevenEvents  we are asked to deal with many different types of events and private dining is still a popular choice. Clients still reap the benefits of getting a small group of key people in a room together and hosting them over some excellent cuisine is always a winner.

Therefore we’re always looking for somewhere new to offer and we’re particularly excited about this new restaurant which also has a private dining space.

 

From the suburbs to London…

I’m sure you’ll have heard of the Corinthia Hotel  (it’s one of our favourite hotels in the city) and I’m sure you’ve also heard of Tom Kerridge… and now the two are joining forces.

Due to open in September Tom is taking over the restaurant in the Corinthia and Kerridge’s Bar and Grill will be open.

This will be a relaxed brasserie style restaurant on the site which previously house ‘Massimo’ on the ground floor of the hotel.

Beautiful as the space is – it is getting an update by David Collins studios – and along the walls of the restaurant you’ll find fridges showcasing hanging meat supplied by Tom’s own butchers, The Butcher’s Tap in Marlow. The room will also be decorated with an assortment of beautiful and personally selected art work, which will be revealed at a later date.

The restaurant will have 90 covers with a private dining room for 18 people where guests will be able to enjoy an exclusive dining experience whilst watching chefs prepare and cook dishes right in front of them.

 

Who’s cooking and what’s on the menu?

Tom will bring Head Chef, Nick Beardshaw with him, as they have worked together for many years at both The Hand and Flowers and The Coach in Marlow, and together they have been integral in winning the Michelin stars at both sites.

Within the main restaurant space there will be a striking rotisserie bar which will roast large joints of meat, fish and some root vegetables in from of diners. Inspired by the menu at The Coach in Marlow, the rotisserie will have a daily changing dish on the menu each day.

 

We can’t wait to go and check this out and are sure that it won’t be long before another Michelin star is awarded. We’re excited just to see the menus which are yet to be released.
