Here at Seven Events we are always asked for new, exciting and sunny destinations to use for meetings or incentives. One of our favourite’s options for this year is the up and coming location of Tivat in Montenegro.
Montenegro is the pearl of the Mediterranean situated in the south of the Adriatic. Nowhere else will you find such a bounty of natural beauty consisting of mild beaches, clear lakes, fast rivers, and gorgeous mountains! Tivat is a coastal town located in the south of the country and is quickly becoming a hot spot with the rich and famous. Here you can expect super yachts bobbing in the marina, posh promenades and elegant facades; a luxurious destination for the style conscious!
Where to stay?
The five star property Hotel Regent Porto Montenegro is one of the best in the area. A luxurious venue which has an unrivalled waterfront location, sitting on the edge of the marina with the backdrop of Montenegro’s lush mountain ranges behind. First rate amenities are onsite including spa with Turkish baths, outdoor pool, tennis courts and several restaurants to choose from fine dining to relaxed garden style bistros.

What to do?
With the coast and the mountains within close proximity there is a huge amount of activities on offer in the area. To begin with there are all of the water based options which include things such as sailing, jet skiing, kayaking and paddle boarding. Then for the land based activities on of the most popular things to do is to go quad biking through the national forest on Mount Lovcen where you can also find some heady zip lines. Further to this, this area of the world is rich with culture making this an ideal spot sightseeing tours or authentic experiences such as local cooking classes or dance lessons.
