With a number of our clients being based in the city we’re always crying out for new venues with larger capacities in this area.So you can imagine our excitement ahead of the summer opening of the new event space on Floor 42 of the Leadenhall Building which will be London’s highest dedicated event space – although you’ll still be able to reach it in the lift within 28 seconds.
Already well known as the “Cheesegrater” this will be a contemporary events space offering amazing views of London and on a clear day, over six counties. From here you’ll be able to look down on current landmarks such as The Gherkin and the Walkie Talkie building.
It will offer over 5,000 sq. ft of flexible event space catering for conferences and receptions for up to 300 guests and up to 250 for seated lunches, dinners and parties. The venue is currently undergoing an extensive fit-out which will include fully equipped kitchens that will house their exclusive caterer, Create Food and Party Design; firm favourite on the catering circuit with us here at Seven Events.
It will also be finished to the highest standards in terms of AV with LED colour changing uplighters and wash lighting, moving lights, DJ sound system as well as the expected integrated projector and screen.
