The colder weather is upon us which means that warming food definitely needs to be on the menu. So imagine how excited we were when we heard what is due to open in December at the Rosewood… “The Pie Room”.

 

Yes you heard us right, there is going to be a restaurant that serves pies, pies and more pies!

Spearheaded by Executive Head Chef and pastry expert, Calum Franklin, The Pie Room at Holborn Dining Room will serve 200 pies a day ranging from pork pies, beef wellingtons, pate en croutes and complex pithiviers. There’s even a chance to watch Chef Franklin and his fellow chefs at work in this extension to the main kitchen.

 

Honestly we cannot wait to sample everything on the menu, plus I’m sure that there must be a super mince pie coming for Christmas. Yay!
