24 Aug Who doesn’t love a good brunch?
In the last couple of years brunches have become more and more popular, with restaurants competing to offer the best deals!
With that in mind , some genius has decided to create a brunch festival. The first ever London brunch festival is set to grace us with it’s presence on 1st and 2nd September. You can find this festival at The Old Trewman Brewry on brick lane.
10 – 12 London restaurants will be serving their signature dishes and menus to the capital’s brunch loving gang. Names taking part include the Barge House, Urban Pantry, the Dayrooms Cafe,Pophams and Naked Dough.
Nothing celebrates brunch quite like the perfect cocktail. The Pickle House -will be serving up their famous Bloody Mary’s all weekend long. If you’re more of a Mimosa or Bellini type, don’t fret – there are plenty of bars serving a wide range of beverages. They even have a dedicated Kombucha Bar run by Real Kombucha.
There will be a market place for you to browse around and buy some essential brunch goodies. You can expect to find smoothies and juices, teas from around the world, granolas, yogurts and much more. Pretty much everything you need to re-create the best brunch at home!
If the food wasn’t enough there will be some awesome brunch related masterclasses and talks for you to attend as well. You can also check out what the founders of your favourite brands have to say about hot brunch topics like – what the even is kombucha is, and how a peanut butter empire is born. A full lineup of main stage events and workshops is coming soon so sign up on their website for updates to stay in the know!
To help bring the festival vibe their will be a range of DJ’s playing over the weekend. There will be DJ sets from DJ Maj-ik, Ceesix, Greg Hale and Dozzer.
Head online to their website to purchase tickets – get them while you still can!
