The Event

What better way to make a splash for a launch party, than hosting an event at the V&A, against the stunning backdrop of the Dome with Dale Chihuly’s glistening chandelier at the heart and combined with a private view of the critically acclaimed Savage Beauty exhibition. Champagne flowed from the central bar, awash with up lighting and canapés, served on trays made of stylish black and white perspex, black slate and walnut veneer were circulated throughout the event. As a centre piece, we created food theatre with a London and Scottish food stall celebrating McQueen’s heritage and domination of the London fashion scene. The food stall was dressed in carefully selected McQueen props, using ice, perspex and slate for the presentation. It really was the perfect evening, against a dazzling backdrop with a sprinkle of McQueen magic.
