Alter Domus Brand Relaunch


A brand relaunch event for Alter Domus to the UK market, the client wanted to make a statement in the industry and put on a unique a memorable evening reception event in a landmark London venue.


What better way to make a splash than hosting an event at V&A against the stunning backdrop of the Dome with Dale Chihuly’s glistening chandelier at the heart. Then to add extra wow factor, we combined the reception event with a private view of the highly acclaimed Savage Beauty exhibition, the hottest ticket in town and the V&A’s most successful exhibition to date. Guests were spoilt with Champagne flowing from the central bar, awash with up lighting. Canapés circulated served on a selection of trays made of smart and stylish black and white perspex, black slate and walnut veneer decorated with a selection of stunning seasonal flowers in keeping with the surroundings of the venue and with a touch of the Savage Beauty throughout. The centre piece of this food theatre was a London and Scottish food stall celebrating McQueen’s heritage and domination of the London fashion scene. The food stall was dressed with carefully selected McQueen props, using ice, perspex and slate for the presentation. After the speeches guest could enjoy the exhibition at their leisure and even buy mementos in the exhibition shop that we arranged to be specially open. It really was the perfect evening, against a dazzling backdrop with a sprinkle of McQueen magic. Event acceptances were at a record high, and the event proved to be invaluable PR for our client who certainly made waves in the industry.
