ChannelAdvisor were looking for a new agency to take on the management and production of their annual European conference, this year being held at Kings Place. As the venue had already been contracted, they were looking for an agency to bring in full AV and run of show production, creative design and venue branding, onsite registration and venue management and full sponsorship/exhibition production and management.
We began by putting together a creative proposal to demonstrate our vision for the exhibition solution, set design and venue branding. This was the first year Europe had spilt out from the global event, so being creative with a smaller budget was key. We won the pitch against three other agencies and were awarded with the contract. From here we worked alongside Channel Advisor developing their sponsorship packages, and managing theirs sponsors throughout the pre event process to hit key artwork and design deadlines. We then developed set designs based on the sister conference in the US and tailored to the needs for the European audience. As well as creating the perfect branding opportunities throughout the venue. The conference was for one day and begun with a keynote speech in the auditorium, followed by a variety of breakouts and 1-2-1 meetings and breakout into the sponsorship area throughout the day for networking. With full onsite management, we were able to deliver production, exhibition, registration and an exceptional delegate experience.
