The Event

CMS wanted to hold a conference to announce exciting landmark innovations within the firm to their partners. To mirror this message we tied the production into the venue, celebrating art with wall projections and lighting that changed to reflect the content being presented. Aside from the main plenary, we designed four breakout spaces, each with a unique theme and presentation style to encourage engagement. To maximise the all important networking opportunities the evening started with a drinks reception and a private viewing of the turbine halls exhibition before leading into the evenings dinner with topical industry speaker being the highlight. We also developed a bespoke event website and managed the delegate registrations and updates, to help build momentum for the event and then also gave CMS post event info on guest attendance and the opportunity to cascade the post event updates.
