This was a one off event for Come On, a full company offsite event to align the company following a merger and as a reward for a successful year hitting targets. The event was based at Verdura resort in Sicily, chosen for its remote location that would ensure all staff remained onsite and engaged with the program. Kicking off with a conference for company updates and reward and recognition highlights, the three day event included three dinners across the resort from the beach to under the olive groves. Team building was also a vital element aimed to get staff to mix company wide and bond in a relaxed atmosphere. Another unique element to this trip was the satellite office that we created onsite at the resort. It was staffed 24 hours a day in rotation to ensure that all members of the company could attend the event and the company wouldn’t be financially affected.
