The Event

Convatec required a virtual solution for their annual January Kick off sales conference. The format of this event would be 3 conference days over a 4-day period. The culmination of the event on the 3rd day, was an awards ceremony for all delegates and their families. We worked with Convatec to shape their agenda to ensure the content translated into the virtual world, guaranteeing there was interaction throughout to keep delegates engaged. The event was hosted on our HubSeven platform where group webinars would be streamed directly and links to smaller breakout session and activities were all accessed through the agenda. Alongside the conference sessions we coordinated letterbox snacks, cocktails and a just eat voucher that was sent out to all delegates. On day 1 we included a mindfulness session to promote healthy ‘working from home’ tips and tricks. There was also ‘Globe Trotter’, a team building activity which focused on boosting team morale, having fun and offered a break from conference content. In addition, we sourced a keynote speaker for the last session on day 3 to inspire the team moving forward into 2021 and a comedian for after the awards ceremony as a lighthearted finish to a busy event.
