ERA Global needed a solution to take their annual conference and gala awards events virtual. The events consisted of a Town Hall update, Global Tour discussion panel and Awards Ceremony celebration. To host all the events in one day, we proposed live broadcasts from a London studio using SmartStage. This cutting-edge technology is a fully immersive video environment that allows the presenters and audience to see and interact with the content around them, creating a far more sophisticated and interactive virtual experience. To create further audience engagement for the Town Hall and Global Tour we integrated webinar software to allow the audience to interact via a live Q&A function. This webinar software also allowed us to bring global presenters and panellists directly into the studio whilst simultaneously broadcasting live via online webcast. We produced all these events end to end, managing studio speakers, webinars panellist’s, event branding and helping to ensure the content was engaging throughout using a mix of pre produced videos with the live studio scripted content.
