Glamour Fashion Capitals Paris


An incentive competition prize called Glamour’s Fashion Capitals targeted at Glamour consumers. The purpose of the week long incentive trip is to create PR material and drive sales for the Glamour brand. Seven Events had previously run the incentive in London and this year won the contract for Paris after pitching against three other agencies.


The event was surrounding Paris Fashion Week, so we proposed a number of luxury hotels that would put the winners right in the centre of the action. Hotel Edouard VII was selected for its chic fashion led design and being in the perfect location right in the centre of the opera district. Seven Events then devised an itinerary centred on a Glamorous and Fashionable Parisian life. The glamour filled trip began with the 25 winners from Russia, Romania, Switzerland, Jordan and Kazakhstan being welcomed at Paris Charles De Gaulle airport in style with a stretch limousine transfer to the hotel. When arriving at the hotel the winners experienced a VIP champagne check in and then in their rooms found a happy box filled with fabulous and fashionable treats. The first evening was a relaxed affair, with a pink themed pamper party with champagne, canapés and a cocktail masterclass. To give the group their bearings and kick off the Glamour filled trip the winners had a tourist city tour on their very own open top bus. The tour included all the most iconic locations and concluded with lunch in Restaurant 58 at the Eiffel Tower. They enjoyed a day in Versailles at the luxury Trianon Palace Hotel Spa that was well needed after a day of nonstop shopping at Galeries Lafayette with stylists and personal shoppers. The lucky winners even attended a show at Paris Fashion week with front row seats at Issey Miyake, followed by a Champagne lunch at the famous Petrossian Caviar house. ...And if that wasn’t enough the winners dined at the most fabulous restaurants including: Bon, Le Saut du Loup and the Cristal Room at Baccarat. They hit Paris top nightlife destinations seeing the iconic Moulin Rouge, sipping Champagne on a private Seine Cruise and clubbing with Parisian glitterati at Silencio Paris. The icing on this fabulous cake was a day’s photo shoot overlooking the beautiful Montmartre, where the winners were made to feel like supermodels for the day creating the ultimate glamorous memory that would stay with them forever.
