GTR approached us during a very exciting time within the company, going through a complete rebrand and strategy change, moving from “surviving to thriving” as a company and as a result wanted to launch an event to announce this shift to all employees within the business. We worked with GTR to shape and mould the content, splitting out the key themes into eight interactive breakout sessions that got the delegates up on their feet and learning through engagement. The three day event took place at the Laban building, a creative venue that allowed us to run the various seminar sessions across the dance studios and main plenary in the auditorium. With 250-300 guests onsite each day for three days, we devised a carefully planned matrix to move the guests around the breakouts ensuring as seamless delegate journey.
