The Event

The brief for the event was to run Lendlease’s first ever 4 day conference for their executive leadership team. The venue had to be quintessentially British and showcase some British luxury. Over the 4 days the team had to cover content on key strategy updates whilst keeping up with global executive time zones. The guests enjoyed a mixture of dinners whilst onsite; a relaxed informal buffet, which allowed for the more tired guests to adjust to UK time and a high end exclusive restaurant; a 7 course tasting menu at the Hinds Head. Not only did we cover full registration, accommodation and content programme throughout the 4 days, we also arranged for an afternoon of luxury activities onsite at the hotel; spa experience, golf lessons, tennis lessons and even a hands on falconry class.
