National Instruments President’s Club is a week long incentive trip dedicated to only the top sellers within Europe and the Middle East. Having been in Dubai last year, the president wanted to have a more relaxed destination for this trip. An island getaway for pure relaxation, was the brief. The guests would be flying from both Europe and the Middle East, so flight distance needed to be fair for all.
Taking flight distance into consideration, the Indian Ocean was selected as middle ground for all guests. Mauritius and The Seychelles were then shortlisted, for their vast offerings of luxury hotels. The Kempinski Seychelles was the front runner and was selected, being the perfect size for the group, fairly boutique, yet still big enough to have a mixed offering of locations for group dinners and varying on site dining options. The highlight of the trip was a specially organised catamaran cruise, that took guests on a tour of the neighbouring islands and coves. Throughout the cruise the rum cocktails were free flowing, and a creole lunch buffet was served on board, to give a real taste of the Island’s cuisine and culture. In the afternoon guests enjoyed stop offs at beautiful beaches and snorkelling in crystal clear waters. Other social events included an off site dinner at a local rum distillery. A rum tasting was followed by creole fusion dinner. An interesting twist on the local cuisine taking influence from both European and Asian cuisine. Throughout the dinner a local band entertained the guests, getting everyone up dancing and ramping up the party atmosphere to create a night to remember. For the trip finale a beach BBQ was organised at the Kempinski. The resort offered the perfect backdrop. With the BBQ which was set up on a secluded area of the beach, under the stars, and with the moonlight glistening on the sea, it was a truly magical setting. Guests enjoyed a welcome cocktail and an abundance of delicious food, with a live grill and a tropical desert station. A DJ then entertained the guests who enjoyed free flow cocktails as they danced the night away. The magic of this incentive was in the attention to details from a VIP airport arrival to Spa treatments and a 24 hour concierge service for guests. It really was VIP all the way, and a true once in a lifetime experience.
“For the second year in a row Seven Events has helped organise an incentive trip for the highest ranking sellers within the National Instruments company. Although the requirements of this trip are sometimes difficult to negotiate due to time constraints and last minute confirmations. Seven Events did a fantastic job in representing my company and organising all the elements of the trip to a high standard. " "Seven Events had many unique ideas and worked tirelessly with the various vendors and suppliers to make this trip a real success. I would recommend working with Seven Events for planning memorable and high end incentive events. They provide a high level or professionalism and enthusiasm, deserving of incentive travel.
