The Event

Pepsi Lipton required a virtual event platform for their annual European Marketing conference. This event is usually held overseas at a central location and is the one time each year, that the teams meet face to face. Due to Covid restrictions, they were looking for a platform that would give the ability to create an engaging experience for all delegates over the 2-day conference. The event platform needed to be customizable, as well as the production behind it to broadcast a high-quality live stream. Usually, this event is held a month later in the year, but it was brought forward extremely last minute, which meant we needed to come together quickly as a team due to the tight time constraints. The agenda, built within the HubSeven platform, featured 2 days of presentations and activities. With over 40 different presenters, we needed to quickly organise diaries for technical checks and rehearsals, whilst working efficiently as the presenters were perfecting their content up until the last minute. The conference ended with an awards ceremony, which we broadcast into zoom so that attendees could socialise with each other, plus it gave us the ability to spotlight the well-deserved winners. The awards was followed up by virtual musical bingo to wrap up the event theme, “together we shine” on a high.
