The Event

After 4 successful showcase events working with Saint Lucia, for this 5th event and with a change in the country's government, the tourist board wanted to take this event to the next level. This annual event showcases Saint Lucian partners to tour operators and industry professionals in the UK. The two day event combines 1-2-1 meetings, destination updates and the all important social events. Combing the Hilton Syon Park and the Syon House Conservatory was a winning combo for the mix of business and pleasure. With partying being an integral part of the Saint Lucian culture, the highly anticipated gala dinner and awards definitely didn’t disappoint. We transformed the space into a tropical carnival with bespoke set, lighting and a fully themed street party complete with carnival traders, dancers and creole catering and of course many rum cocktail.
