Sepura wanted to bring their regional partners from Asia Pacific together for a 2 day conference to update them on the latest news, products and objectives. The client was looking for a 5 star resort hotel where all receptions and dinners could be incorporated within different locations of the resort without having to go offsite.
Bali had already been decided on as a destination so our role was to find Sepura the right resort and facilitate the smooth running of the event. Six resorts were proposed of which three were shortlisted for site visits before the Laguna Resort was chosen as the perfect host for this event. The guests arrived and were treated to an informal buffet dinner on the first night allowing them to acclimatise and network before the conference started the following day. Although the night was informal the food on offer was plentiful and they were even treated to performance of Joged Bumbung which is a style of music from Bali on instruments primarily made out of bamboo. A bespoke set with branding was the focal point of the conference room and delegates could make the most of this amazing resort by having coffee breaks and lunch outside. A gala dinner then took place in the evening on the beach with fire dancers as entertainment ensuring that this 2 day event really finished on a high. Delegates were also given the opportunity to extend their stay and enjoy everything that both the resort and Bali had to offer.
