The Event

After a string od successful events, Telefonica Tech returned to SevenEvents to repeat their annual Kick Off meeting. As per the previous years the decision was made to host the event at IET London Savoy place again. With the company growing significantly since 2022 it resulted in a larger scale event for this year. Guests within the venue had access to the event app and those logging in remotely had access to the online web portal which meant that all guests no matter their location could participate fully in the day. Taking over more of the venue it meant we were able to have a full exhibition space for all the client’s partners and charities. In order to make sure guests visited each partner, QR codes were placed on each stand for guests to scan and that resulted in them being entered into a prize draw. The main lecture theatre was used for the main conference and branding had been brought in to help elevate the space. The full day conference consisted of update's from the senior leadership team, customer panels and Q&A sessions. Speakers also had the ability to check in live with the Belfast and Glasgow offices which helped keep everyone included. The main part of the day wrapped up with 3 simultaneous awards ceremonies. After this guests headed up the riverside room for drinks, food and karaoke!
