After a challenging but successful year for JML, the senior leadership team we’re keen to reward and recognise staff by throwing a virtual conference and party. We worked with the client to develop an afternoon programme which consisted of a company update followed by a Christmas pub quiz and time to relax with colleagues. Pre-event, the Seven Events team managed a delegate management site collecting and collating the personal details of attendees. These were used to send Festive Hampers to each guest ahead of the live day. The company update was streamed simulive via our platform HubSeven with sessions created to direct delegates to following the activities. The pub quiz was a roaring success, with the winning team donating £500 to their charity of choice. After the quiz, teams chats were set up to allow guests to catch up with colleagues and enjoy the goodies from their hamper.
During the de-brief call, the client said “we found the seven events team friendly, professional and organised throughout the planning process. Delegates loved the Hub and found it easy to use and the hampers really went down a treat”.
